How many guests can Villa des Lys accommodate?
Up to 12 guests, across 5 bedrooms (Balzac, Klimt, Diane, Da Vinci, Calder).
Is the pool heated all year round?
Yes, the villa has a heated indoor pool, usable all year round whatever the season.
Does the gîte have a sauna?
Yes, a sauna is built into the relaxation area, right next to the pool.
What leisure activities are available on site?
A large pool table — which also converts into a meeting room — a table-tennis table, and a large wooded garden to enjoy outdoors.
Is the gîte wheelchair accessible?
Yes: the ground floor, including the Balzac bedroom, is designed to welcome wheelchair users. Villa des Lys holds the French "Tourisme & Handicap" accessibility label.
Are pets allowed?

Which Loire châteaux can be reached from the villa?
Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau and Langeais are about 15 minutes away; other iconic châteaux (Chenonceau, Amboise, Chambord…) are 45 minutes to 1h30 away. Full details by château are on our Activities page.
How long does it take to reach the main tourist sites?
It depends on the site: allow 15 minutes for the closest châteaux, up to 1h30 for the furthest. Our Activities page lists travel times, wine tourism and family outings (Futuroscope, ZooParc de Beauval).
Is the villa suitable for a family stay with children?
Yes: the wooded garden, secure indoor pool, pool table and table tennis are enjoyed by children and adults alike.
Can we hold a company seminar at Villa des Lys?
Yes: every bedroom has a desk and fibre internet, and the pool table converts into a meeting room with a Click&Share screen.
What is the minimum length of stay?
It depends on the time of year — check our booking calendar or contact us for availability.
Is bed linen provided?
Yes: bed linen, a hand towel and a bath towel are provided for every guest, as part of an all-inclusive, all-comfort offer.
What kitchen equipment is available?
A fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hobs, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Is there parking on site?
Yes: 4 private parking spaces, including an 11kW electric charging station.
Is the villa suitable for family gatherings or birthdays?
Yes: its large indoor and outdoor spaces make it a popular choice for family celebrations and reunions.
