A desk and fibre connection (Ethernet/Wi-Fi) in every room. The dining table can be moved to face a smart TV that connects to a computer, turning it into the meeting-room screen. All the cables are provided.

The villa is equipped with a barbecue. For meat, head to M. Bignon's in Artannes: beef chops, black pudding, andouillette and merguez, all homemade. For organic, local fruit and vegetables, head to Terre Y Fruits in Ballan-Miré.
